DEFENSE PROTECTIVE SERVICE has developed the following service plan to be used in private areas such as apartment/condominium developments, small private communities and most zoned residential properties governed by a management company or Homeowners association (HOA).
This crime prevention police service delivers protection that will ensure a safer environment on the properties we protect. Our Officers will safeguard your property by taking action to prevent and deter crimes from occurring and perform investigations of all suspicious persons, vehicles, and mitigate hazards where applicable
Special Police Officers meet strict registration and training requirements to become eligible for appointment as a Police Officer. These individuals while on duty at the properties they protect are Sworn Law Enforcement Officers.
Officers maintain Daily activity reports to account for all duties performed during the shift on an hourly basis. Incident reports are used to describe in detail any actions taken by our officers beyond verbal commands. These reports will be available to property management to ensure they remain informed on all security matters relating to their property. All company patrol vehicles are equipped with GPS units so officers activities can be tracked every shift to validate effective coverage.
The purpose of this service is to make the places where people live and visit safer by using a strategic plan aimed towards the prevention, deterrence and detection of suspicious and/or criminal activities.
